Terms of Service

Effective date: April 1, 2026

By accessing or using Alverik (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description and Usage Rights

Alverik provides AI-powered procurement intelligence for Canadian government contractors, including opportunity scanning, relevance scoring, daily digests, company profile management, proposal draft generation, and proposal health checks.

Drafts generated by Alverik are governed first drafts and are not submission-ready. You are solely responsible for reviewing, refining, and finalising all content before submission to any government buyer. Alverik does not guarantee contract wins or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Allow multiple users to access a single-user subscription
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
  • Submit false or misleading company profile information
  • Use generated content in a manner that misrepresents your company’s capabilities to government buyers

You are responsible for the security of the Google account used to access Alverik, including enabling two-factor authentication on your Google account and keeping your recovery options up to date.

3. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • Generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused generations do not carry over.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you upload to Alverik (company profiles, past project descriptions, draft proposals) remains your intellectual property. AI-generated outputs (draft outlines, health check reports) are provided for your use and may be used in your proposals without restriction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alverik provides tools to assist with proposal preparation. We do not guarantee contract wins, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or the completeness of opportunity scanning. You are responsible for reviewing and finalising all submissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alverik’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
