Confidentiality Incident Register

Quebec's Law 25 requires us to keep a register of confidentiality incidents involving personal information. This page publishes the incidents recorded in that register.

No incidents recorded

As of the date below, no confidentiality incident affecting personal information has been recorded in this register.

What is recorded here

A confidentiality incident means unauthorized access to, unauthorized use of, or unauthorized release of personal information, the loss of personal information, or any other breach of its protection. Each recorded incident lists the date it was identified, the categories of personal information involved, and the measures taken in response.

How affected people are notified

Where an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the people concerned with diligence, and record the incident here. Recording an incident in this register is in addition to those notices, not a replacement for them.

To report a suspected incident, or to ask about this register, contact privacy@alverik.ca.

Last updated: August 2026. This register is reviewed whenever an incident is recorded, and at least once each quarter.
